Location is great, right by the U-bahn, makes it easy to get around Berlin! Reception staff were super friendly and even helped me with local tips. The room had a massive window with a lekker street view.

The breakfast was very nice. Friendly staff and try to be helpful as possible. Near to U-bahn station.

Very basic - pension is a little to expensive for such standard. No fridge (minibar) and no telephone in the room. The shower is very small. Better to bring your own soap & shampoo. Towels changed only ones for 3 days unless you ask different (I ask so there were clean every day). The room is old and not pleasant / cozy - not very romantic place. No close room to store baggage, only in the passageway - not very safe to leave things. Elevator was between floors so you had to take luggage either up or down. No reception / help after 5-6 pm and you need to call the mobile if something happened or need something. Breakfast times are fairly limited (8-10 am). Near street is a hot spot for prostitutes.

There is no reception-hours...you have better send an e-mail before you go...

The location is ideal for public transport access.

I also found the staff quite unhelpful when I requested an extra pillow. They had none available, forcing me to purchase one nearby. Basic amenities like soap were not provided, quite disappointing.

Excellent overall experience. The hotel with soundproof and reasonably spacious rooms, in a charming area, to the main tourist areas by Underground. Great location, 10 minutes' walk to a giant museum. Units for coffee hot water etc.

Location: the hotel was very close to Very close to underground metro as well as lots of shops. It was a short way from El-Mansy Mossaad, where you can have dinner.

The breakfast selection was excellent.

the location of the hotel is very good only 200 m from the metro station. the breakfest was very rich and good, the staff was very helpfull and vitali, the owner speak russian and made all of our reservations . the room were very clean and big.

Not expensive hotel with reasonable comfort and services, close to Berlin center.

The room was okay, but I got asked for extra towels unexpectedly.

It was the price mostly. the location right next to the metro station was also good.

The pension staff were not very helpful giving information about the city. The pension didn't have telephones available for guests.

The location is excellent with multiple U-bahn stops nearby for easy commuting. It's also just a short walk to the main attractions and features several restaurants and shops within reach. The staff was friendly and offered helpful local tips.

The amenities were basic. Remember to bring your own bath soap as it's not provided.

This is a Bagpackers pension. Classifying it as a hotel is misleading. It is an appartment building in which the pension has 2 floors. The front desk works 2-3 hours in the morning, later on you have no one to adress to. Breakfast was ok. The room has 1 small pack of liquid soap....My coleague in another room could not heat his room... Briefly - dont go unless your expactations are less than basic.

The Hotel is in a good position to discover the city. The room was fairly basic, but more than adequate for city trip and clean. Breakfast is very good. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. Very good value for money!
